REPAIR REQUEST
Customer has 30 days to check the product and request repair, exchange or return
# If product has a productive defect, the repair will be free of charge
# If the product has a defect that is not productive, the customer will have to pay for the repair according to the damage (budget is sent to the customer after receipt of the piece and evaluation of the repair)
1- Repair delivery time
- Your repair will be solved within 30 business days if you submit your request for in B2B
- If your request is sent by email, it will be solved within 45 business days
2- If the repair delivery time is exceeded
# Zaramella offers the costs of the reapir and shipping costs
If customer needs to repair any product after the 30 days of warranty, should send the request to [email protected]. After-sales team will analyse and budget it.
The cost of shipping post is the responsability of the customer when the 30-business day period has been exceeded.
Zaramella only assists Zaramella´s products, i.e. we only perform repairs on items marketed by the brand.
